This is in-person training in my location or yours in Austin, Texas. This includes custom written programming for you, and for your homework sessions where we are not together.

This is great for learning and maintaining good form, progression, and having a spot when necessary.

Online personal training includes a plan written specifically for you and your goals. It is for the motivated exercises who wants a plan and accountability.

Online training includes use of the Train Heroic app, which includes how-to videos and stores your training numbers so you always know you’re using the right weights.
