The Movement

The Movement is a 12 week program that is about more than just the gym. It is about using your time in the gym to fuel your best life.

It is a starting point for change. You’ll address how often you need to exercise, what you need to do, how you need to be eating to complement your activity, how to be consistent, and how to keep being motivated for your success.

Become that healthy person who exercises consistently, gets results, and enjoys it.

You WILL reach your goals this way.

The Movement is born out of the idea that more than just your workouts matter to your goals. Your “why” matters. How your training affects your body out of the gym matters. The strength your build and what your body can do matters. The hikes you can go on, the confidence you have, the kids you can play with, the things you can say “Yes!” to.

I want you to have a good relationship with food and a healthy diet that nourishes your body. I want you to have purposeful relationships that matter, with yourself and others.

And I want your body and your health to be a vehicle for all of this.

Program Details

This is a 12 week program that includes training on 3-5 days a week. Custom written for you, based on your goals, schedule and equipment/gym availability. 

You will learn about discipline, motivation, accountability, rest and nutrition to develop a system that works for you.

The man who loves walking will walk further than the man who loves the destination.

How It Works

Begin by giving me some information about you and your goals below. From here, we will schedule a free consult to see if we are a good match to work on your goals together.

From there, we will schedule your first official session. We will make sure all your questions are answered so you can get started.

I’ll plan your program considering all the parameters we discuss: equipment availability, schedule, likes, dislikes.

From here, you have your plan and know what to do. You execute! We will meet online or in person once a week. Between then, you can call, text or email me anytime.
